Job Description

Our client based in Almancil is currently seeking an experienced architect to join their well established team specialising in the architecture and interior design of private residences.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting design proposals, reports, applications and contracts.
• Competing for work by submitting tender documents and delivering presentations.
• Meeting with clients to discuss project goals, needs and budget.
• Previous experience of projects within privately owned residences.
• Managing client relationships.
• Developing and presenting design proposals.
• Preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing project teams.

The right candidate:

Previous proven experience within an architectural role.

Must be fluent in both English and Portuguese.

Will have a passion for architectural design, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working in motivated team environments.

Excellent visualisation skills

Must hold a valid drivers license

Details :

This is a full time, permanent role with contract provided.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.

Salary – Up to €2,700 per month DOE
