Job Description
Our client based within real estate and property development in Lagoa is currently seeking an experienced marketing manager to join their well established team on a full time basis.
The role –
You will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s property developments and services.
Managing and promoting the companies social media, content, branding and marketing across multiple platforms.
Optimizing lead generation strategies and implementing data-driven campaigns to attract potential buyers, ensuring that marketing efforts effectively convert interest into actionable leads.
Liaising with multiple internal teams, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision.
The right candidate –
Will have 5 years of experience as a marketing manager, ideally within the real estate, property development, or related sectors.
Expertise in using marketing tools and platforms (Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems, etc.)
Will have previous experience managing teams/staff.
Must speak fluent English and Portuguese.
The details –
Contract – full time, permanent contract provided.
Working hours –This is a hybrid role that requires the flexibility to work both in office and remotely.
Salary – Our international client offers an above average salary for the right candidate. Salary depending on experience and to be discussed upon initial engagement.
