Job Description
Our client who owns a is currently seeking an office administrator to join their well
established team on a full time basis.
The role –

You will be responsible for general office and administrative support ie – invoicing,
filing, managing company correspondence including emails, answering phone
calls and customer/guest queries and also supporting the building manager with
any issues that may arise.
Th right candidate –
Must have previous experience in a similar role.
Must speak English, Portuguese a bonus.
Must have own transport to get to work.
Must be proficient in using MS Office
Will be highly organised and flexible with the ability to multi task
Will be reliable, punctual and detail oriented
Details –
This role is a full time permanent position with contract provided.
Schedule – Monday – Friday (general office hours 9am – 5pm, candidate will need
to be flexible with scheduling during the high season)
Salary – Depending on experience. Starting at 1,100 per month.
Start date – as soon as possible.
