Real Estate Agent – Vilamoura

Job Description

Our client who owns a well established Real Estate Agency based in Quinta do Lago is currently seeking an experienced real estate agent to join their new office based in Vilamoura.

You will serve as the company’s representative and the initial contact in their new Vilamoura office. You will be responsible for all aspects of real estate sales including generating new business, client relationship management, documentation and market research.

The ideal candidate –

• Must have previous experience within sales and be confident in running their own desk/ be self sufficient in managing and growing your own real estate portfolio.
• Have strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• Previous experience within the golden triangle preferred but not an eliminating factor.
• Must have own car.

Candidates must be willing to work on a self employed basis (Recibo Verdes)

Pay – Commission only role . (35% commission)
